Image runner C5045 magenta stripe on edge

Replaced drum and stripe came right back. On op side edge as paper exits. New drum looks great. Any ideas?

I would crawl under the drums and take a look for leaks and remove/ clean both mag parts. Has the cleaning assembly been replaced with the new part that doesnt cause noise or vibration?
. I have noticed one of my mag dev units leaking a little bit on the OP side. Never cause a noticeable issue though.

Cleaned it all out and still get a light wavy magenta stripe. I see the stripe on the transfer roller on door also.image.jpg

The only thing that comes to mind is that the drum is not seating down all the way. I have seen streaks like that on new drums because they were not pushed down all of the way. Also check that developer shutter is out of position at the bottom of dev unit. too, that will kick dev unit up too high... but that is usually accompanied with a noise. Check that.

Thanks for all your help guys. It ended up being a crusty build up on the upside of the mag roller in the magenta developer unit. Cleaned it up and copies came back perfect.
