I didn't check driver setting. I will at next visit.
But the same problem appearing with copiing too ...not just with print.

ah fair enough. I'd check the spooling settings too while I was there and make sure the computer is doing the heavy lifting rather than sending the job for the printer to do the spooling, that can cause slow printing too.

have you flashed the firmware? i.e. ran a full replace rather than just an update? it could be worth doing if for nothing else than to rule it out as a cause of the problem.

I'd also double check the tray settings in the machine if you haven't already done so, I've had it in the past where users go fiddling with the individual tray settings in the machine and wonder why it stops working properly

It sems that we solved the problem...
Funniest thing is that we're not sure what was the problem ...

When we unplugged the finisher from the main unit, machine sudenlly start to work normally.
Without temperature drops and without slowing down the speed...

After 500 copies we plugged in the finisher again and gues what , machine still working properly!!!

We have to guarantee to the customer that it will work so if
someone have a logical explanation I'd be grateful.

I'm still thinking that some of main PCB's have some issue. DC or Main Controller ...

Rule number 1 that I have learned from working on Canons...turn it off...unplug it from the wall for a couple of minutes then plug it back in and turn it on. Years ago I went on a call escalation identical to this but it was an IRC3200 with external finisher. Tech replaced all sorts of boards and stuff. He turned it off to service it, but did not unplug it. I unplugged and rebooted, and there you go
