Counter Printouts

Hey everyone,
I am an untrained Canon buffoon, and want to know how to print out the counter data on various models. I have heard you cant some others have said you can in service mode. i have fished around in service mode and no luck. It's probably right in front of my face, my wife would say it's my man vision...lol. Ok enough of that, any help would be great. Thanks all!

Hi,
As far as I'm aware you can only do print outs of your counters on the new "ADVANCE" models. On the older device's there is no print function. You can browse remotely to the device by entering your device IP address into your explorer, again it's only a view option. Copy & paste may be your only option on the older devices.

On the IR/IRC models press the Counter Button & write them down, in SRV MODE > COPIER > OPTION > USER you can change the Counters (up to 6 selections, the 101 Counter cannot be changed) to give the counters you require ie. Small Print, Large Print, Copy Large/Small, Scan etc, etc, there are about 1000 choices - just need to know which ones you want.

As foxhound says it is only the IRAV models that give you the option to print the total counter.
On the older IRC2380 etc series you can only print the total counter from the RUI, right click the counter page & choose print page.
