IRC 2380i Blurry

Hello

Interesting issue on a 2380i

Black copying and printing working fine, single colours look fine.

But when you either print or scan using colour the text looks blurry.

I have tested the drums, changed the ITB, ran an MMI clear

Auto colour mismatch ran, then autograd

Any ideas were I should be headed next?

Did u clean Patch Sensors_?

Try Performing _in > LEVEL 2> COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR> REG, and then do the adjusting quick and full auto gradation for registration.

Try the above, also have you recently done a DC con or MNT clear? If so you'll need to re-enter the factory settings

Hello

Yes, I always ensure the patch sensors next to the black drum are clean.

Not done a DCON clear, wereever I travel and see IRC2380i machines in the UK there are never ever and settings on the front of the lid.

I will try clearing the REG and doing an auto grad, will come back, thanks for the advice.
