canon IR6000 problem

please help me
why when i start may ir it cannot run only show on control panel.... waiting forever. i try everthing what, change ram and and harddisk butl still not o.k. lastly it code error code what i found is E 717 00002.

a e 717 is the main controller pcb or the remote diagnostic device pcb.. but first check all your conections to make sure that they are plugged in all the wat ect...

Not Ready

Does the fuser get warm at all? If not check that their is no paper on the mate and lock receptacle or that it has not been cracked or damaged , if it has it will send the cpu false signals and won't detect proper fuser errors, it also will not go to ready.
(the mate and lock receptacle is behind the fuser, and against the copier inside wall )

Boot ROM or Harddisk error

Hi..
I ever found that my boot rom have a poor connection, i just pull it out then reseat it or maybe your harddisk need to reinstall the system.

Main Cause The wiring is faulty (short circuit, open circuit). The copy data controller or the remote diagnostic device is faulty. The main controller PCB is faulty. The copy data controller or the NE controller is out of order or an open circuit has been detected. Caution The error must be reset in service mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR).

untill now my ir 6000 can't running smootly. sometime when i open it can run but the next the same problem will be happen. no error code can found, the control panel still shows wait......maybe

Check d.c power supply

Check D.C voltage on following jumper = 3V,5V,12V,24V
Turn off the main power switch. Is the voltage between the following
terminals on the DC power supply PCB as indicated when the
power is turned on in about 3 min?
Connector Output voltage Remarks
J4017-pin1 to 5= 3V ,J4009-pin1 =5V ,J4003-pin3& 4 = 12V ,J4005-pin1= 24V

the AC input power.
YES: Check the wiring from the DC power supply PCB to each load.
NO: Replace the DC power supply PCB.

waiting to print message 1st cut the ties around the relay board under the fixing roller..and reset the connectors....2nd check to make sure there is NO small piece of paper in the connector for the fixing unit check both sides of the coneector and check J251 is working properly...
