After performing a MN CON clear on a Cannon IR4080 I noticed that the machine will not scan to file anymore I am wondering whether this turned off some function that needed to be activated. The customer was scanning before this was done.
After clearing MN CON even network printing should not be ok.Check network and send settings.Do you have p-print?

it isn't recommended never to do MN CON or DC CON clear in that model
