Canon IR3045 Network Scan - Color Document to Black and White Scan - Very Dark

I am using Canon IR3045. I use microsoft office tool and foxit reader to scan the documents. Black and White documents are scanner properly. But when i scan color document, it is very dark.

I tried to change resolution to 600 DPI. The scan output is very dark. I changed the resolution to 300DPI and i am still getting the darker scanned copy which is not very clear to view.

Is there any solution to get good scanned copy of color documents?

Maybe try White Level adjustment, SRV MODE - COPIER - FUNCTION - CCD - WTLV1 & WTLV2. Highlight WTLV1 place an A3 sheet on Platen Glass - ok, then highlight WTLV2 then place an A3 sheet in Doc Feeder - ok. Reboot unit & test. Clean Scan & Platen Glass 1st.

I ran into this problem on an IRA c5030. Running the Auto Gradation (Full Adjust) fixed the problem.

Try also the Canon Netgear scanning software and see if it makes a difference.

Change the colour mode to half tone in net work scangear.
