    I have a customer who has a new Lenovo laptop with windows 8.1. I set him up to print 3 weeks ago and now he can not print using ufrII,pcl6,ps or any of the older pcl versions. 2 laptops with other windows os work just fine , any help in this matter would be appreciated.

      remove all drivers and re-install

          I have my first case of this this week. I think a visit to printmanagement.msc for some deleting is needed.
