[Misc] IRC2380 scan to email sent as multiple emails

I have a 2380 that when customer scans to email a 15 page job it sends it as lots of emails, 8 separate emails etc. I tried sending the same job in b/w & that sent fine. Is this normal, or is there a setting I can change to prevent this?

    Thanks

Is this the setting I need need to change?

    Workaround :
The solution was to increase data size to 99 for sending under:

    Additional Functions>Systems settings>Common settings>Email/I-Fax settings.

I'm not sure if you are still looking for an answer but in order to not have the issue of multiple emails when scanning to email, you will want to drop it to "0", typically the default setting is "3mb" at which point anything larger is now split. Entering "0" turns the restriction off.
