Re: Canon IRC2380
Interesting....
Make a force stop and check print quality on drums and so on.Determine where the problem begins.Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself

Re: Canon IRC2380
Is this the first side or 2nd side that is faded, as if you have damp paper the first side will be poor, then the 2nd side good as the paper has dried out going through the fuser.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

Was the ITB UNIT the problem?

Re: Canon IRC2380
Check the contacts on the process assembly(holds drums, itb). Clean them with sandpaper. When you close the right door there are also contacts at the end of the transfer roller assembly that make contact with the ones one the process unit. This contact on the door is known for breakingComment

Re: Canon IRC2380
Greetings. Thanks for answering. The door has changed in another machine and working properly. But the funny thing is that the breakdown cuandio print double-sided pages print correctly odd and even pages are clear. What bothers me more is that it is not a fixed symptom. thanksComment
