hi people i have the above m\c with magenta background so far i have swapped lasers,coloured drums over and replaced dc controller....any more ideas it is intermitent,many thanks

Just wondering have you replaced the Magenta DV unit since they are separate from the drum?

OK how about the ITB assembly? Have you checked to make sure that all of the individual color transfer rollers inside of it are properly seated? I have seen one side of the bushing pop out of place and cause the roller to not sit properly.
