    Canon 1025 ADF NOT WORKING

HI I went to call and found pickup tires unhinged and actuator at turn guide off track .After repairing, Adf would feed ,but the original only comes 1/3 of the way out of doc feeder and goes into jam.I rotated the 4 sensors in feeder so that they were all in all the sensor positions. Same result each time I moved sensors to different positions, paper stops 1/3 the way out of feeder. If I run the duplex mode (2 originals to 1 sheet)the first original comes fully out of the feeder, but the second one never feeds in at all.I don't see many of these feeders,so any help would be welcome. Thanks Andy

I gave Andy an open/close panel that was working from another 1025 and he swapped it and still had same problem. So pickup unit assembly is ruled out as the problem. Franl/ActionPhotocopy
