Re: black ligne on paper with my IR3300????
Does it appear on internal prints, network prints, or scans? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: black ligne on paper with my IR3300????
I haven't worked on Canon equipment in quite a while, so this might be a useless waste of time.
Still, if the line you are asking about is the line on the left side of the picture you shared, it kind of looks like there is some skew in the document scanning/handling area. It looks to me that the line gets wider the further down it goes on the picture you shared, and initially was there because that is the left side of the original casting a shadow on the platen/ADF glass.Comment

Re: black ligne on paper with my IR3300????
Some things you can use to narrow it down is whether it happens only on internal prints such as reports or from computer then it's engine related, could be drum blade as suggested or dirty laser unit. Does it happen before it gets to the fuser or after that will eliminate the fuser.
If it only happens on copies then check for only on ADF, then slit glass, or from platen and ADF, then dirty scanner mirrors/ccd.
Good luck.
