i have an imagepress C1 with an error code E000842-0002. what is it and how do i fix it? thanks?

E842-0002 is an error for the fixing belt engagement.

Error in locking of fixing belt.
The belt HP sensor does not go on within 5 sec after the start of a HP search.


Remove & inspect the fixing unit / especially the rear fixing unit locking pin ( keeps unit in position )

Check the detached/attached motor of the fixing belt.
Check the HP sensor of the fixing belt.
Check the attached sensor of the fixing belt.
