Faced with another rebuild I wonder if its worth skipping the rollers? Quality looks great. How long are Belts and rollers lasting for you compared to the machine service mode life percentages? Looking to squeeze more profit out of these machines and am trying to find some more ideas about good maintenance at a low cost. Thank you for your suggestions.

When I replaced the ITB Sheet, I also replaced the Cleaning Blade, & inspected the internal charge rollers, cleaned the large black rubber roller, & replaced the external Secondary Transfer Roller.
This was easy decision, 90% had full service contracts.
Result, I had good maintenance records on all printers, that equals less headaches for me & customers.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

The inner transfer roller FC8 4402 does wear down at the ends and is worth inspecting while the belt is off.Comment
