[Jamming] IMAGE PRESS C800( newly installed machine)

continuous paper jam in a newly installed machine while taking duplex in 300gms paper exactly before ps24 (but location showing in machine ps35) location and its working with all plain paper upto 220 gsm.
1 paper is feeding through additional deck
2 proper media type and gsm setted
3 same media is working properly with another machine (c800)
4 single side is printed when paper is entering into reverse vetical lower section it got jamming
5 its not reaching the the dulpex unit sensor ps24
6 exactly under the flapper guide
7 opened full reverse vertical path and checked there is no hurdles
8 reconnected all the connectors near to the targeted sensor as per machine jamming history (ps35)

I have the same problem as you described. So please can you tell me how you solved it? In my case only media with 250x400 and everything till A3 can not go through the machine. It james before the duplex sensor. And the point is that only one sheet passed and second one always james.

Hi,
well Jam code is 0116 - too late at duplex sensor1 PS24. It doesn't dipend from witch tray is paper. And if it is important the machine is with Prisma controller with the newest soft 4.1.
I check ps24, ps34, ps35 they all worked. The only thing that I manage to find is that for example with A4 prints perfect duplex, with A3 the same . Only with the custom paper 250x400 duplex it james on the duplex flap. and it doesn't depend of the paper weight. I tried 80g, 100g, 200g and always first page pass through and second one james . I notice that duplex motor somehow didn't start for the second page. I also check the motor and it works fine. I can't find anything in the SM for this problem. Tomorrow I will check the PCB and the connections, but if there are problem with PCB how it works with A4, A3, SRA. with standard paper it works.

To update:: The problem was the software. With Prisma Sync controller there is a lot of problems with the soft. So we are waiting for new version to fix some of them. Thanks a lot .
