cleaned drum and all rollers but problem still same

if black lines cant be removed, try a new drum instead and a new cleaning blade. hope it helps

Are the lines on prints and copies? Try printing out an internal page from the machine and see if it has lines. That will at least tell you if it is in the optics or in the image development area. If in the optics is it only thru the ADF?
