hello friends please solve the problem i have bought canon ir3230 6 months before .on display board the error showing replace the toner cartrage . i have repalced the toner catrage for two times i have changed the sensor and service the machine but still ploblem continues. so plz solve the problem if any one knows.

The message "Replace Toner Cartridge" is shown on the Display.

Check the two Cam Bottle Slides for cracks, replace if needed FC8-1140-000 / FC8-1144-000.
Also check If the Grey Toner Bottle Latch is missing _?
the Toner Cartridge can move within the Hopper causing false "Replace Toner Cartridge Messages.
Check to make for the Latch is present. If the latch is missing you will need to call the Technical Support Center for more assistance.

Does the toner bottle rotate?
Open the toner door & cheat the door sensor with a bit of paper etc, if it does not rotate pull the bottle towards you.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

Are you using GPR-15. GPR-16 will fit but will not rotate. MongoComment
