    [Electrical] Advance C2022i network no responce

    Can not ping copier also when i get in Downloadmode to make system update get message storing update log the copier restart. Also try to ping copier itself no response. Any advice please from you guys thank you

      Figure out it is Main pcb 1 change this on another copier it makes the same issue is there a Way to reset nic on this PCB ? Usb Printing works good and everthing else work fine only Network print. Please help me

          Print a user data list / network settings

          Then in service mode clear the mmi

          Service mode > function > clear > mmi
