Error code E246-0002 0n my Canon iR3300

Is anyone can help me with this error code E246-0002 on my Canon iR3300? I can find this error code on the service manual. Please help!!

I searched in my service manual and trg and the canon web sit for that error and couldn't find anything on that error

I checked my Manual to find this error code relates to the Counter Memory PCB so have a look for it and check its connections. I think it is a small board attatched to the Main Controller but not 100% sure.

Callmeozzy is right and it is the little fram counter on the main cnt with the little screw in it
