    Re: fuser fixing film problem

Have you examined the pressure roller and bearings? Worn pressure roller and/or worn bearings will cause this affect. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Pressure Roller is new

      did not check the bearings
      i have a doubt
does the screws attached to tension springs effect this

      if not evenly balanced
if one side is much tighter than the other
      will this also causes

      how to technically correct this
how to distribute the pressure on both the ends

I found that when i checked the heater bar it was well worn in most occasions. Didnt have problems after replacing the heater assy and film as one part

I have always disassembled these fusers without changing the pressure adjustment, so I have never needed to set the fixing pressure. =^..^=
