[Jamming] Ir 8070 paper jam in duplexer

Hi in my Ir 8070 Paper jam happen while in two side printing... I have attached the photo of the jam... Can anyone fingure out what makes this paper jam... I am unable to find the cause. The solenoid of the flapper works sell.

Please go to service mode and get the JAM code, that it will be very helpful for you and for any one trying to help you.

The left picture looks like the paper is getting caught on something on the rear side. I am not familiar with that model but it looks like other models I have worked on. There is a plastic guide undeneath the left side that gets worn out. It is about leval with the hand in the picture, at the back of the bottom of that part. I tried to look part up but seems like I had a hard time finding it. I had 7200 jaming on duplex copies. Post the jam code and maybe myself or someone else can help you find that guide. Try FB4-2106-000 or FF9-1910-000. Sorry I am not sure of the numbers but those guides are the shape of the guide I am talking about.

Sorry,

Try to get service mode, get display and jam history see what you having as last history, from there we can try to get help, this normal is the technical procedure to get answers related to JAMs.

I agree. Although it has been a long time since I have seen one.
