Epson Stylus PRO 4880

No idea what to look at here. Issue as described:

"Will print a few pages, then, either jams or doesn't know from which tray to pick up paper."

Any Epson people here that may be able to give any insight at what to look at?

Can hold my own with HP plotters, but, no one elses.
