Haven't had the code before, but it looks like it could be a condensation issue. Try turning the machine off for 12 hours and see what happens. Looks to be a scary code, as it could mean head unit failure. You should hopefully be within the warranty though, but check the manual and diagnose it that way.

Your print head should have a 3 year warranty on it, hopefully. Just warranty it and replace it. It's very easy to replace

Make sure you're on the last firmware, but yeah there is a note about a new head that fix the 031008 VBS over-voltage Error

          "3 year warranty"
It's funny how it's different between region or country, in Europe (AFAIK) the default warranty is 1 year with On-site service and you can extend it to a 3/4/5 years On-site service or 5 years parts only (what we do).

We do the same. Initially the machines had only a 1 year warranty, but then they extended it to 3 following the second shipment of machines. Our first batch, 15 of the first 315 4000's that came out, aren't covered, but the other 150 we've purchased since are covered for 3, and we purchase the extra 4 years for everything. Also helped us on a 21000 that needed a printhead, we definitely weren't looking forward to dropping 2.5k on one.
