there is no optional cassete unit in the machine. Where the problem can be?

There is a note about this
Update to at least CV26OC (release earlier this year)

The connector is open on the bottom of the MFP, so maybe some dirt got in there? I also wonder if you could just disconnect the connector from the main board...

If the error occurs immediately after starting the device, a software update may help. If the error occurs later, for example after waking the device from sleep mode, a software update is unlikely to help. In this case, you need to look at the connector of the optional paper feeder.

Lets start from the beginning. Customer told me that error message appeared. I took machine to my warehouse and when i turned it on it turned on without any error. I noticed that copy was light. I calibrate it and printed ok. After a while error appeared and since then when i turn on the machine after message for date always the error appears.
I did not see any paper in the machine.
MAchine has only one paper cassete and no second paper cassete. I cleaned and then disconnected the paper cassete connector with no result. Any idea?

            Did you upgrade the firmware?
