Epson WF C869R Ink System Mechanism Not pulling ink

So this isn't a client machine so there is no real issue if its a lost cause. But this machine has been sitting for way too long and after replacing ink and running cleanings including one power clean through the service menu I have Black and Cyan fully working. I can see air bubbles in the lines for yellow and magenta and no matter how many times the machine sounds like its attempting to pull ink through the lines I never see those bubbles move. These are the lines between the ink pacs and the Ink System Mechanism. Its almost as if it just doesn't have any pulling power anymore. Unless its not pulling more ink because the print head is dry so its not even expelling any air through the print head. Any Ideas?

How long did it sit? If it was more than 2-3 months, you run the massive risk of the head and lines drying up. If it's somehow under warranty you MIGHT be able to get it replaced, but I don't remember it being very expensive, not like the big machines they have. I didn't enjoy the replacement procedure, but it wasn't that bad IF you had the CORRECT tools. Stupid long #1...

Yeah it just is kinda in the office next to the other toner printers that we sell. so it has been dormant for too long. Letting the printhead soak and we will see if it can do anything. No way its under warranty lol. Was mostly curious if there was anything I could check besides the print head
