    Dopes anyone service epsons dot matrix

    HELLO AGAIN,
    Does anyone KNOW dot matrix .Im sure my question is basic dot matrix,but iIM a BABY.CAN someone (without the necessary wisecracks)
    please explain to me how do I know if Im at the 5th column or the 80th column.Remember I can do without the insults

      Are we just a little touchy, cucuklotz? Even after calling us all a bunch of Dopes?

      Why don't we back up just a little? What are you trying to do? What does your service manual say about it? Do you know what model printer you are working on? =^..^=

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Well I can sense the frustration but the 'tude isn't cool, it's cold. I know there are not many dot folks here so I would suggest Paul@justmanuals for some documentation.
