    Active Directory Synchronization

    Greetings!

I want to synchronize the Active Directory with my bizhub 363 MFP. I have tried many times but received this message every time : ''Authentication Failed"

    What i have done :-
    (1) Turn ON the user authentication on External Server.
    (2) Set the External Server which is Active Directory.Set as Default.
    (3) Account Track is OFF
    (4) Date & Time is same both on MFP and Active Directory.
    (5) Ping Confirmation to DNS server is OK.
    (6) PING confirmation to Active Directory is OK.
    (7) LDAP is off.

Still i am unable to log in?. Active Directory user list is not showing in user list?

Is there any other settings? or an integration software is the only method to resolve this issue?

    Please share knowledge!

    Many Thanks

    Re: Active Directory Synchronization

It's not specifically mentioned in your post...You must configure the External server before you can use it...Emujo

ADMIN/User authentication account track/eternal server settings. You need a server name and domain info. Once configured you can choose external server in authentication general settings. Emujo

In Admin Mode, User Authentication, External Server, I entered the Server Name, and Server type. Its showing in user authentication Genereal setting. Set it as default. But the domain info didn't pass through my sight.? Where is this domain info to be entered? I am badly stuck in a situation. Emujo please reply in detail.

          Many Thanks!
