About 6 weeks ago, took a call on a 8050 for voids. Went to the machine and found that the K developer unit was shot. Replaced with a new unit. Checked to make sure that charge wire was installed properly, it was. Ran adjustments, looked great.
About a week and a half ago, another tech took a call for the same reason. Again K developer material was gone. So not realizing that I had replaced the whole unit, he replaced it again.
The customer just called it in again for the same problem. Any ideas what could cause this? Driving me crazy!!!
