    Bizhub 500 noise

    Client complains about noise on right side near fuser area. Cleaned everything and fuser looks fine but noise comes back. Any ideas?

      Going by your vague description I would say that somewhere on the right side there are two things rubbing against each other.

          There is a small coupler/gear pack at the rear side even with registration (4 screws) Remove it and clean up the shafts, and mating gear areas.
