    bizhub c451 pawer supply

    Hello
I have a bizhub C451 that has the following problem:
you hear a noise on the power supply board pawer
I think that comes from bobbina I highlighted on the photo.
I can only find that part?
what do you think of the problem?
    Thank you in advance$_35.JPG

power supply is to be replaced as an assembly.

A component such as the one circled can make a high pitched noise when the coil wires loosen and vibrate due to the high operating frequency such as the noise experienced from a tired old CRT television.

I doubt you will find it as an off the shelf component its probably custom made.

EarthKmTech is correct in his statement about the noise . Since you already have the board out i would examine the solder joints of the board and look for cold solder. remove the old or weak solder joints and put in fresh new solder and that board should be fine. If you work independently or the machine is yours i would do this to save dollars as long as you do the job properly. Get a magnify glass to look at the joints closely. Also look for capacitor with the top swollen.
If on the other hand you are having problems with power issues then replace the board.

        bobbina = transformer?

I agree with the others. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Thank you for answering.
the bobbina highlighted is a filter that serves to stabilize the voltage.
I redid the welds, the capacitors are good, but the noise is always there.
However despite the noise the machine works well.
          sorry for my English

I've had graphics card in my PC do same thing. I put a bit of hot glue on it and it shut it up. Ghetto but worked

well I used hot glue, but the problem remains.
I replaced the card pawer supply.
in his spare time lighthouse 'other tests on the old board; I'll let you know.
              thanks for your attention
