[Error Code] bizhub C224 and FS-533, Error code C1102

Hallo at all,

bizhub C224 with FS-533 often shows the error-code C1102. After replacing the jam and open/close the front door, the machine continued to copy or print.
But this code unfortunately occurs several times a day.

The service-manual describes a problem in the finisher FS-533.
Have anyone of you experience with this code?

There is a black spring loaded holder in the staple tray that sticks and grabs the paper(usually on hole punch). It is at about a 45 degree and I usually bend it to about a 35 degree angle and the problem goes away.
