No one can give you Konica Minolta password, they can lose their dealership if they give that out! Provide a file service and someone will send firmware. Files are too big for email. There are a lot of free file services like "dropsend", etc

This whole post is a disaster!

*edit* I am a disaster that post was from 2017...

If KM doesn't know they cannot take action. I would pay someone for a few day access or even let me use remote access to their desktop/laptop
