    Error 9401 lamb...anything to add ...not sure on parts!

          Replace CCD assy. This is a common issue. Good Luck getting one they are on BO so many of these are failing.

              Sure, clean the white reference and optics. Then when that doesn't fix it, replace the CCD. I've seen a couple myself.

              Now explain to me about the lamb.

              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

                  here they are a controlled item - when ordered you're given the 3rd degree, have you tried this this and this first ? But generally are supplied in a timely fashion when answering yes, i know wtf I am doing.
