    KM Bizhub 361-363

I might be taking over the service on these units.
I have not worked on them before.
They both have approx. 260k page count
They both seem to be fine for now
I am going through the parameters of the units.
It there any potential issues I should be aware of?
    Thanks for any input

The 361 is kinda old. The biggest problem seems to be getting the endusers to install the toner cartridge correctly. If it's forced in there wrong it can be very difficult to remove, and won't rotate.

The 363 is a little newer. Solid box. Do the maintenance and you'll be fine. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The 361 will develop toner supply unit problems more often than anything, even with the customer loading toner bottle correctly.

The 363, I would take any day of the week over the 361.
