[CQ] incomplete installation lines on C7000

i have a C7000 that has reset the NVRAM, i have done the installation from scratch using the installation guide, i have done firmware as well, everything is now perfect except that i am getting the thin cyan and magenta lines as if setup is not complete!! has anyone had this and what am i missing? thanks

When I see those lines on the e series machine it's date and time setting in service mode being incorrect but I'm not sure on C7000....but might check that.
