When you print A3 multiples does it move on the page with same distance or over to next page.
    Or
Is it spot on the same place every print?

Also what are the measurements between the images?
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?

      Hi

On A3 the first half of the copy is coming out on the second bit if that makes sense. if I was copying 2 a4's on to A3 the first a4's image would be on the second bit.

        Hi,
        All colours or just one??
You haven't by chance left the orange screws inside the drum? this wil cause your issue.
If you stop the paper before it enters the fusing unit does the double image issue appear?
        Hope this helps

If you can get a measurement between intervals and specific colors affected, I can give you a more specific answer. So far it could still be one or more of the drums, one or more of the developing units, or fuser. I like "orange screws" thing. I've found that a few times myself. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
