[Dead] Fusing Unit broke 3 times in one year BIZHB 1060L

First, excuse my English.

Someone could explain why im having these problems. You can see the photo of the last scratch . the two times before was worse.

When we do a heavy use for a days the problem returns...

Technical service change the unit but we are worried. We bought the printer only one year ago.

You need to replace the whole fixing unit. Then it gona be OK.

There is a problem in design of a FU. Now the problem was solved if you get the new FU.
