Bizhub C550 no response

    Bizhub C550 no response

    Hi.
    I have konica minolta bizhub c550.
    Machine is turning on but no response from touch, keyboard.
    can anyone help with that problem?

    or.. where can i download firmware tool, firmware iso?

    Sounds like a bad stick of RAM. Try switching the 2 sticks around. If the machine doesn't boot at all after that, then you have confirmed that one of the sticks are bad. Then the fun of trying to figure out which one it is, or just replace both.

      hi.i forgot to tell that here is one problem yet..
      sometimes after machine startup error message with code c-d403 appear..

        I'd still give the RAM swap a try, but that error points to an issue with the MFP board. Re-seat the connections of all wires, etc. And see what happens.

            hi. i switched RAM and copier does not boot up. with one of RAM copier does not boot at all
            with other i can see only sandglass

              I raplaced RAM.. copier start up, keys are working
              but now is another error 'insert imaging unit'
              where can be a problem?

                I'm assuming all imaging units are in the copier? If so, I'm going to say that either one is not in all the way, or the contacts are dirty. Pull them out, clean up the contacts both on the image unit and inside the copier and see if that clears up that message. That would be the easiest potential fix anyway.

                      That code means the cyan TCR sensor adjustment failure. You can try cleaning the sensor if that doesn't work you'll have to replace the cyan imaging unit.

                        and how about firmware.maybe wrong firmware is installed?
                        before error with RAM etc all was OK
