Bizhub c454e wrong scan time

Can anyone explain why a Biz C454e that has been recently installed, has the correct time when scanning to all staff, apart from one user, who's scans are documented as being an hour later than everybody elses, the time is correct on their PC, the MFP isn't obtaining the time from the customer's network....their IT reckons it's the MFP, i'm not convinced, otherwise i'd have expected everybody to be wrong

Remove and recreate that user.

Check the users computer time. And also the time zone of the machine and the users computer.

You can also check the time on the machine log to see if that is ok.

I checked the users pc, checked the time scan on the MFP, both correct, while i was in there this morning, I changed the time from BST to GMT, and now the time is correct for everyone......
