    Konica C450 Restarts unexpectedly

    Konica Minolta Bizhub C450
    When booting for first time in day, it works for about 1.5 hours , so after that it restarts even twice repeatedly.each time it passes all process including warm up screen ,Engine warm up and boot to the main menu. power green light and no problem with printing....but after a while the screen vanished and restarts. connecting to system through network (TCP) I suspicious of virus effecting the function of MFP .
    Any similar experience with konica? Any idea or solution to this matter would be appreciated.

      That would be the first time I've heard of a virus causing a reboot. More likely a corrupt print job or an IP conflict. I'm not familiar with c450 but what would you assume on a brand you're familiar with?
      Power supply, since its old and its failing after its warmed up for a while?

              A dead or dying HDD will also give those symptoms. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Having the power cable half hanging out the back of the machine will do this too - cant count how many times ive driven all the way out to a machine just to push the power cable the whole way in....
