BizHub C253 light area when duplexing

When duplexing half the page on one side is very faint, the other side is good. Example: If you place 2 originals on adf and duplex them, page #1 (front) has faint print on half the page and page #2 (back) is good.

I tried all different adjustments with the 2nd transfer in the service mode. Didn't change at all.

Also tried swapping IU's even though it wouldn't make sense with one side being good.

    Any other ideas appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Is simplex OK across the page? Print out CMYK Halftone from service and check if the coverage and tonality is even across the page. Ideally A3 size.

Whats the count on fuser and how often is the machine used? Any flats on pressure roller?

Which half has the feints top or bottom or left or right side.

Have you got correct paper type? If you printing on Thick 2 and using plain paper duplexing the 2nd page is printed first and then the first on retract is still too hot when entering fuser causing it to burn out the toner(bleach effect) and about half way has cooled ... could that be the case?
.OK Google! ... will I need Berrocca this morning?
