bizhub 423 doc feed df 621 question

I am going to get flack from this.. but I have adjusted back and forth. basically the image is shifting.. I am missing the leading edge of the copy as I use the document feeder.. I have went into area leadingedge adj and printer area paper feed direction adj. I am not making any progress
so again.. when using the doc feeder the print is too close to the leading edge.. any suggestions anyone has for me?
while using a document from the glass the image is fine
I have looked in the df manual. but there is nothing there just mechanical adjustments

i think i know what you're talking about go to service mode, adf, original stop position. Forgive me if i misunderstood.

Check your DF-621 installation manual, adjusting your document stop position. You need the doc feeder test chart though.
