    Bizhub 501 fuser wire harness

    Hi,

    I was replacing a broken actuator in the fuser and the jam sensor and connector to wire harness literally fell apart in my hands. I found the sensor and sensor bracket in parts manual but for the 3 wire little harness that goes to the sensor....there is no picture for it. All the parts manual has is a list of wires on a few pages. If anyone has gone thru this and knows the part I am looking for...please help.

      If it were me, I would go out to the graveyard and harvest a few matching connectors and some wire of the right gauge and make my own harness, quick as you please. Just lay out the old one as a template. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          I found the part number by looking in BH500 manual.

          50GA90140 in case someone needs it.
