I would say contact between either drum and belt or belt STR roller (more likely drum / Belt)

have u tested what result b&w vs colour gives you
what does a blank photocopy look like.
Can you fix it........we can fix anything its just how many parts do u wanna pay for

The difficult part for us, is that we have no idea what that original was supposed to look like. Is the blue background part of the problem? Are the bands crossfeed part of the problem? It's probably safe to guess that the thin void lines in the feed direction are part of the problem.

Not knowing anything about your original image, I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest replacing a cyan IU, and cleaning the laser slit glasses. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Along with some more details, I would like to see the results of internal test prints, and possibly a scan job..Looks to me like image processing is whacked. Internal test prints are stored and may not have to be manipulated when printed...might help troubleshoot. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Check the ribbon cables for the print head that connect to printer control board.
