    bizhub c360 firmware

    can someone please send me the latest firmware for the Konica Minolta c360 to barrybledsoe@msn.com I am getting error codes that I have been told I need to update the firmware to get rid of the machine still runs great but flashes the orange light and says no animation data available

      You need more than just firmware. It sounds like somebody wiped your HDD for you. You'll also need Movie Data, which is the jam removal animations. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Hi,

          I bought the Konica Bizhub c360 used. Everything is fine, I only had to install the fax card.
          The hard drive was reset, so now
          "Movie_Data" "Dictionary_Data" are missing - preferably in German.
          I would like to be protected in the future by having the firmware as a backup for reinstallation.

          I searched the internet and only found a PDF from 2012:

          Friends of mine have internet cafes with the same devices.
          When I set up these devices about 3 years ago,
          I found the firmware to be legally available for free download on a KM-service-website.

          How or where can I get these 3 files?
          If it works, also more up-to-date ones.
