Good morning can you please explain how to install the firmware to C351

Step 1.

Download the firmware imaging toolkit, find a 128 MB unformatted CF card, download the C351 firmware.

Using the firmware toolkit, write the C351 firmware to the CF card

Place CF card in MFP and power on.

Done.

Step 2.

When you find that you don't have access to any of this stuff or any idea on how to do it, or when you have turned your C351 into an anchor, call a service tech.

Not at all....I just equate questions like this to me calling my car dealer and saying " can you explain how to rebuild my transmission". Technically, I did answer his question though...Emujo

Glen it's doable. But it's going to be a bumpy ride if you don't have any of the magic ingredients.
