After machine sits no rhyme or reason how long sometimes from 3 minutes upwards to half an hour will say it has a jam at finisher entrance. Open finisher nothing close will say jam in fuser area. Open it nothing resets jam. Will post Pics of what it says asap. Almost seems heat related

Clean all 5 punch unit sensors. Check LED'S on FN control board.

Jam codes? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Bizhub 601 false jams in finisher?
There is a sticky actuator damper in the exit section on the machine, remove the small sponge pad.
Remove the side cover and the exit section 5 screws and a connector look for the sensor and see if it sticks.WhateverComment
