    Trouble code 2257..replaced New drum...just light copies!

          The developer unit is probably not getting toner.
          You can go to -> state confirmation to see that the TCR ratio on K is below 4%
          It should be under -> level history 1.

              Had a similar problem on a C224e error code C2555, discovered toner wasn't getting through, it was 4163510201 BUSHING 4576536301 SEAL in the toner hopper, managed to free them up, but thought it best to replace them, the clue was the toner bottle was still at least half full, but the m/c was calling for toner as well as the error code, only spotted the error code when i went to it to deliver toner, customer kept resetting it....
              Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...
