    Is this the same procedure as the C452, Did not see it in the service manual

    Just put your .tar file on root of usb drive. Plug in to front USB not service and I think system 2 in service mode.

      Indeed your movie data on usb root, and upload it in service mode -> sys 2 -> install data

        Essentially yes. There are additional files on the HDD other than the movie data. Look in special firmware, and download the most recent versions of each file that is not a combined firmware upgrade. There may be 6 or 7 files.
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Be sure to extract the data before copying it to the USB drive.=^..^=
